About
Adam advocates for sexual abuse survivors* and seeks to hold abusers and their enablers accountable. He also represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Adam has experience litigating and trying cases in state and federal courts, appearing in Title IX administrative hearings, and arbitrating cases. He has also mediated cases, briefed appeals in Utah and in the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, and argued before the Utah Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Gross & Rooney, Adam clerked for the Honorable Judge Ted Stewart in the United States District Court for the District of Utah. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed his law degree at the University of North Carolina where he was Vice President of the Broun National Trial Team and served on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Journal of International Law.
